Visiting an old friend...

TB couldn't have gone to New York and not popped in to see his good friend Winnie the Pooh. They were just getting into an in depth discussion about the merits of honey, and how funny it was that a bear would like it, when the librarian at the Public Library, where Pooh now lives, came to investigate and tell him off for taking photographs.
Though given the size of the small box where Winnie and his friends are kept TB couldn't help but think he belonged back in the One Hundred Acre wood...
TB feels a campaign brewing.

I have tears! Pooh looks so sad... don't think he wants to be there... Christopher Robin to the rescue!?

This is a disgrace! Not only have they imprisoned him, to take his clothes & leave him bare. We must free him without delay. It's unbearable to see him like this.

TTT is horrified by this shocking revelation. Bad enough that the Americans have kidnapped him from his native hundred acre woods, but to have him locked in a glass box!!! Whatever next? Aloysius being snatched by the Germans? Paddington being heisted by the French? Rupert being taken prisoner by the Arabs? A campaign must be started immediately, and securities put in place to prevent these horrible atrocities being committed again. I feel U.N. sanctions may be in order. TTT is also worried about the mental scarring this may have inflicted upon our own Tory Bear. Keep your eye on him Ed.

Ah, but will it still be called Hundred Acre Wood when he comes back?

Hipponess, he never had his clothes in the first place. The red jumper is winter wear only.

He does look rather sad, though. I say we bring him back to Sussex where he belongs. I've long daydreamed about creating a PROPER Winnie the Pooh museum in Hartfield...
