As a blogger and someone who purports to want to 'go green', I'm surprised TB doesn't approve of banning the Daily Mail in unions.

Surely this will simply dissuade students from buying the paper press, opting for the computer terminal round the corner, meaning less demand on printing. If they want to buy it, they can walk to the shop round the corner, thus offsetting the carbon emissions produced in manufacturing the rag.

They might even be able to have a TB feed as a sidebar while they read Littlejohn and glass foreign students. It's win-win for bloggers and for the environment. Were a blog like Tory Bear to print and distribute its contents to all readers, just think of the utter garbage that'd be piled up in unions around the country.

The freedom of the press you crave has moved into the ether, so stop fretting - students can still enjoy the Mail's cavalcade of stinking effluent - FOR NOTHING!Burlington Bertienoreply@blogger.com
