Back Monday but...

TB is off for a cheeky weekend in Amsterdam. He won't be blogging, though if you fancy perusing the
archives
this weekend, TB is only a few thousand page-views shy of  a record breaking month. Also if anyone can tell him where in the city he might find this giant clog he would be a very happy bear. GPS coordinates in the comments please.

I've heard of a clogged-up street before, but I didn't get a mental image of this…

The great thumping clog of NeoLiberalitarianite Oppression! We must find a bigger shoe - the people's shoe - with which to crush it.

I might have been drinking.

it moves around and will only appear at the moment when you are not seeking it. if it does appear, however, folklore says you should climb inside and see where it takes you.

Labour Party donor Owen Oyston - Convicted and jailed for 6 years in 1996 for raping a 16-year old girl. Multi-millionaire, Oysten, a major benefactor to the New Labour project during the early 1990`s, was spotted at a glittering gala fundraising dinner for the Labour Party attended by Tony Blair and Gordon Brown in July 2007. When confronted by the media over his presence at the event, a spokesman/spin doctor tried to distance the party from Oysten by promising to `investigate` and refuse further donations from him. However, it is worth considering that those expensive, glossy Labour leaflets landing on the doorsteps of Britain at election time, the big budget election broadcasts, and the slick professionalism of Labour’s well-oiled party machine, have been funded in part, by a man who likes to rape schoolgirls.

Labour Mayor (Burnley/Lancashire), Peter Swainston – Convicted and fined for committing `Acts of gross indecency` with another man in a public toilet in 1997. Forced to resign as Mayor, although he remained on the Council.

Entire Labour Party (Hackney/London) conspired to conceal the activities of social worker and serial child-molester Mark Trotter, allowing him to continue abusing little boys. Trotter, a Labour Party activist and election agent, died from AIDS in 1995 while police were still preparing charges against him.

Labour Councillor (Newham/London), Greg Vincent, who was Election Agent to Labour MP Tony Banks at the 2001 General Election – Convicted and given a 2-year community rehabilitation order in 2003, for possession of hardcore kiddie porn films and photos, featuring children as young as 8. One of the photos the Labour Councillor found so entertaining featured – as described in court – a girl aged around 10, naked except for a dog-collar, being assaulted and abused while her hands were tied behind her back around a beam. Vincent was also a School Governor.

· Labour Councillor (Wigan/Cheshire), Joe Shaw - Arrested on suspicion of having indecent images of children on his computer in 2007. Inquiries continue...
