Looks like it's going very well to me TB, don't let any legal threats get in the way of doing what's right.

Independent it may claim to be (and it's only independent in an absolute sense; not in a political sense as in, it's not a grassroots independent movement but an astroturf of online Tories) but that doesn't mean it avoids the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000, does it?
I'll just check kerryout.net with the Electoral Commission myself just to make sure.
(BTW: not a Labour member, don't particularly like Kerry McCarthy, and think NuLab is just as bad as the Tories)
