Maybe it is time that Student Life started to look into this properly- they need to get in touch with all the active Conservatives at University, preferably before their final year at University, and devise a plan of action whereby people stand for, and win, elections which allows them to attend NUS conferences.<BR/><BR/>For instance, at my University I put myself on the reserve list to attend the conference TB has been blogging about, and low and behold 2 people dropped out so I was afforded a clear path to the conference (sadly I could not make it in the end). <BR/><BR/>I certainly would like to see more Tories run for positions on Students' Union Executives at their University thus gaining a presence internally and nationally.
