JP was a useless fat waste of space. How many millions did he blow on his regional assemblies farce?
Or what about the much vaunted 10 year transport plan I remember him going on about in 97?
I never realised that plan was to fleece the motorist of £ billions with speed cameras & higher taxes then piss all the money away up a wall.
