Another day...

...and another

shameful Labour blunder
. The stench of decay surrounding this entire government is becoming unbearable. Not a day passes without a lie exposed, dishonest tactics highlighted, or on this case pure incompetence blown wide open for all to see.

Newspapers should never ever be able to run this sentence:

"The minister in charge of prosecuting criminals has been employing an illegal immigrant."

It gets worse:

"Lady Scotland could theoretically be prosecuted under laws that she is paid to enforce.

Even unknowingly employing an illegal is still an offence, punishable by a £10,000 fine, under legislation that she helped steer through Parliament as a Home Office minister in 2006."

Cue flying Nokia.

Baroness Scotland's blunder should be a resignation issue - particularly as she herself was responsible for the "ignorance is no excuse" clause in the Bill. However, don't hold your breath - compliance with the Law is for the Key workers in Brown's cabel.

You can guarantee she wont be prosecuted though !!

Why is it theoretically possible..... If she has broken the law she should be prosecuted. Being defeatist will only encourage these people to believe they are above the laws that they themselves enact.

Let's hope the blogs can be robust about this and force the government into either enforcing or repealing this law.

Speaking of lol Labour, here's Gordo and Premier Racist Trevor Phillips giving shakedown artist and racebaiter Jesse "I wanna cut his nuts off" Jackson a Global Diversity Award (whatever that means).
