40 years ago the Irish Finance minister, during his budget speech, said to the opposition finance spokesman, "would ya ever sit down, y'er up and down like a whore's knickers". Irish Parliament is always a barrel of laughs! Unparliamentary language is definitely not a new phenomenon.
