Also, AD627, you should have seen the rapturous reception the Mayor received when he spoke in W. Hampstead last Friday. In spite of piles of snow and freezing winds, the meeting place was so jam packed, loads of people had to stay outside.
Afterwards people were hanging out of their windowns, shouting "We love you Boris!" How many politicians get that sort of reception these days?
There should be a comma after 'this'.
